We'll do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible. Due to the complexities of some warranty issues and claims, it can take up to 10 business days for us to reply.
For 2 years from the date of purchase, iKamper will replace (at our discretion) defective parts to the customer. iKamper will provide replacement parts, but the customer will be responsible for installation and freight.
This warranty applies only to customers who purchased directly from iKamperau.com.au or an authorised dealer and does not cover second-hand purchases. If you purchased from an authorised dealer, please submit proof of purchase with any warranty claims and serial number of tent – 6 digit sticker.
Products sold by iKamper that are not iKamper branded are warranted by their respective manufacturer.
